I'm Dave Wetherill, founder of Wetherill GTM Advisors. I've spent 25 years building the revenue operations infrastructure that powers enterprise growth — territory design, quota governance, incentive compensation, and AI-augmented planning systems. Not advising on them. Building them.

Most recently, I served as Vice President of Sales GTM, Territories & Incentive Compensation at Oracle, leading a 160-person global organization supporting 10,000+ sellers across Applications, Infrastructure, and Database. I architected the GTM infrastructure that supported growth from $40B to $67B in annual revenue — unified planning across all regions and lines of business. The Sales Planning Application I designed reached 20,000+ weekly active users, because it helped sellers win, not because adoption was forced.

Before that, I held finance and business intelligence leadership roles at Sun Microsystems (through its acquisition) and began my career as an investment advisor at Prudential Financial.

I founded Wetherill GTM Advisors because the companies that need this infrastructure the most — B2B technology companies scaling through complexity inflection points — can't wait two years to build it internally. They need an operator who's done it at scale, embedded in their team, installing the systems and training the people to run them. I'm also selectively exploring executive leadership opportunities in Revenue Operations and GTM Strategy at companies ready to build this infrastructure at scale.
